I have a background of being a qualified General Practitioner (GP). I have over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health and chronic pain. I use tools such as Cognitive Behavourial Therapy (ACT) and compassion to help provide a safe place for clients to explore the deeper side to themselves and have an interest in anxiety, depression and OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) as well as chronic pain. In additition I am also qualified in Homeopathy and Naturopathy, and these can be used alongside the talking therapy to help you meet your goals. I believe in addressing health from the root cause, rather than simply masking symptoms.
