After more than 10 years of corporate experience, I became a Certified professional coach from the International Coaching Federation, and I have the Shinrin-Yuku certificate that allows me to be forest bathing guide.

Through my coaching experience I believe that the secret of the inner piece is to first be honest with yourself as much as possible, and my job is to help you to achieve that peace.  My number one skill is a good listener, but my methodology is not only based on listening, I ask the right questions, I give exercises, tips and challenges!
