Salam! I graduated as a psychologist from the University of Indonesia, with experience as a mental health consultant at workplace, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and trainer. I always try to understand and accept individuals in terms of their unique relations and dynamics with the environment, in order to provide better opportunities for everyone to grow.

I use various approaches, according to the needs and conditions of each client, including Brainspotting, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. I provide openness in discussing every issue, presenting empathy and attunement that allows therapeutic alliance to be built effectively.

I believe in the strength of every individual to overcome whatever obstacles they face, so that they can continue to optimally develop into the best version of themselves.
