Coach Jabs is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Group Personal Trainer Specialist (GPTS), a Youth Exercises Specialist (YES), and also a Mental Toughness Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is the founder of Jabs Fit Lab, The Specialized Experience, which is an online fitness hub for WOMEN based out of San Diego, California. All sessions are held virtually but are optimized to be highly interactive and feedback orientated.
Coach Jabs is deeply vested in each of her clients and coaches not only from the perspective of a personal trainer but also includes aspects of mental strength. Hard work, discipline, consistency and mindful choices are all pillars in creating & sustaining the client's programming and success.
Coach Jabs has been featured in American Muslim Women Magazine, ISNA's Islamic Horizons Magazine, Muslim Women Professional Network National, and Shoutout SoCal Magazine as an upcoming successful business.
Aside from being a personal & group trainer, Coach Jabs is a mother of two daughters, a runner, a hiker, and a promoter for diversity in the outdoors. Her own 55lb weight loss inspired Coach Jabs to become a trainer and developed her understanding of the struggle and discipline required to achieve the desired transformation.
