Path counselling is my private practice in the city of London which I have created in order to provide a focused approach to the field of counselling and CBT. I strongly believe that our PATH matters and it is important to find our direction in life. My vast roles have allowed me to work with a variety of ages across many different cultural beliefs and backgrounds. These experiences have included intensive long-term and short-term client support.

My passion for the field of counselling and mental health has sparked a desire within me to assist you in achieving your optimal self.

Couples Therapy: For Young Couples (18-30)

This service aims to support couples who are going through some challenges and need a boost to overcome them. Through each session they will both work through their differences or hardships and rekindle/rebuild their relationship.

Couples therapy with Mahdi, works by having 2 individual sessions per week (e.g. one for the husband, one for the wife) and then the following week a joint session. This will enable both partners to feel that their voices have been heard seperately. They will also develop tools/understanding that they can then use in their day to day lives, before coming back to a joint session, where they will discuss how things are going and any other factors they wish to discuss.

Couples therapy sessions are tailored to the needs of the couple, and based on the consultation they have, and number of challenges they are facing a number of sessions can be agreed.
