About Me
Benish is an ICF accredited Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging Coach and an EMCC accredited Emotional Intelligence Coach. She supports ethnic groups unlock their potential, take control of their reality and change their mindset to thrive in their relationships (both professional and personal) and in all aspects of life. Having over 15 years of working in Financial Services, she has coaching and mentoring experience with clients from all ages and backgrounds. She understands the challenges of the modern world and the impact this has to our mental health, well-being and personal relationships. She is well read in psychological theories and uses a number of tools bespoke to the clients needs. She has worked with; professionals, couples, parents, families, teens, women returning to work, starting side hustles. Her coaching style is relaxed, non-judgmental and strictly confidential.
