Basheerah Jamaloodeen

I am Basheerah Jamaloodeen, Muslim Hijabi Counsellor and Psychologist. With my dual expertise as a skilled counsellor and psychologist, I am dedicated to illuminating my clients' path towards healing, self-discovery and growth. I also promote Islamic/spiritual well-being by merging therapy and Islamic concepts.

I use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as therapy technique, and I teach you how to understand the cycle of thoughts, emotions and actions. My warm demeanor, non-judgmental attitude and profound understanding create a safe haven where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions.

Services I Offer:

I provide one-on-one therapy/counselling sessions for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post traumatic syndrome disorder and general trauma. I also conduct diagnostic assessment whenever patients require this service. My therapy is person-centered, and I employ Cognitive Behavioral approach to promote a thorough understanding of why you behave the way you do.
