But being a pharmacist was just not enough for me. I had a deep-rooted passion for Mental and physical wellbeing as an individual. Being a woman, I could relate to the need for women to be mentally and physically fit therefore I decided to pursue Coaching.
I have successfully completed more than 300 hours of one to one 1:1 Coaching sessions based on Lifestyle Modification and Stress Management, more than 80 hours of Group Coaching sessions focusing on Mindful Eating, Stress management, Emotional handling and Building Self-Esteem.
I completed more than 300 hours of 1:1 Nutritional planning & follow up sessions.
I help ambitious women to thrive in their psychological and physical being by working closely on self-fulfillment and healthy habits.

Yes you can. However, it is recommended that you contact them first to discuss availability and to schedule a suitable time for your session.
You will have full access to the Service Provider according to whichever medium you both decide on. This could include setting up a video call online, a phone conversation, or an in person meeting.
