I am a Parenting Coach based in the US, I work with Parents around the world, Parents with kids of all ages. I am Certified Parenting Coach from Jai institute for parenting

I help Parents during the sessions with:

• Setting a goal/goals and work on them.
• Knowing their values and setting boundaries according to kids' ages.
• Learning emotional intelligence and how to teach this skill to our kids.
• How to help myself stay calm and help my kids during tantrums.
• Learn about my nervous system and calming sensory tools and what tools suit my kids better.
• How to get my child to learn a new habit/ change an unpleasant in a way that works.
• Learn the skills of empowered conversations with our kids and partners.

I offer Parenting Sessions with free Videos, Worksheets, and other resources for extra support. Work with Parents in private 60-minute sessions to meet the parents' goals, and follow up with the goal. I also prepare the parents to be their coach and their kid's coach with whatever they face in future.
