Ana Elkhessassi

My name is Ana Elkhessassi; I am a revert originally from Chile living in the US for the past 11 years. I am a mom, a teacher, a seeker of knowledge, a Parent Coach/Mentor, a Holistic, Health and Professional Life Coach. I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge on overall well-being from a holistic perspective (body, mind, soul, and spirituality).
My healing journey fueled my passion for helping others find their own “prescription” to improve the quality of their lives, reconnect with their purpose, stop living in autopilot mode, and show up for themselves to achieve their dreams and live a more fulfilled life. I believe we are all unique special creations of Allah, and thus we heal uniquely.
I focus on the triage of physical health, mental health, and spiritual connection to get to know your true self, becomeaware of who you are and continue your healing journey with the holistic support you need. I support and have the energy you need to use the beautiful gifts given by Allah. And yes, you do have a gift to share with the world!

I can help you to:

• Become emotionally aware: Recognize and identify the thoughts and feelings that are preventing you from living the life you dream and bringing you the peace you want.
• Stop living on autopilot mode and take charge by becomingthe leader of your life with a faith-based perspective. This is the key to obtaining the results you want in your life!
• Improve your relationship with yourself and those around you (family, work, spouse, children, etc.) and our Creator.
• Improve your mental health by reconnecting with your body and learning more about the importance of body/mind connection, feminine health, with an emphasis on holistic nutrition.
