Join me on a holistic journey to inner peace. I am a qualified Yoga teacher and Psychology student, with a passion for modest fitness. My classes are suitable for ALL LEVELS to suit your mood and ability.
I like to have spiritual reminders during my classes, and key focuses and intentions of the practice are on principles, such as tawakkul and sabr, with small, insightful reminders throughout the class.
You will be sure to feel refreshed, exercised, relaxed and spiritually boosted on this journey with me, InshaAllah. With a ladies-only environment, feel free to dress as you please and experience both comfort and enjoyment in these classes. Exercise can be something that you will learn to love!
Please note: I do not include traditional, historic elements of Yoga in my classes. Instead, I encourage students to embrace the various postures and stretches, keeping Islamic principles at heart. I am also not a trained Alimah, all Islamic content are purely spiritual reminders.
