I am a digital content creator and personal growth life coach. I hold a CPD accredited qualification in Life coaching and hold a certificate in trauma informed coaching.

I also have a professional background in content creation, specifically course creation. I have used the skills I have learnt from this experience to create my digital planners and life coaching resources.

I have faced many obstacles in my life, my own personal growth journey lead me to life coaching. I have gained so much knowledge and grown so much with the help of these qualifications and other workshops.

Helping others has always been a passion of mine and I want to use my skills to support you in your own personal growth journey.

• I provide 1:1 sessions, in these sessions I want to help you create a plan with actionable steps to achieve your goals.
• I will provide clients with resources and worksheets to do in their own time as well.
• I will also have digital planners available to purchase to help you stay on track, organised and motivated toward your goals.
